Please fill in all mandetory boxes on this form. Personal information sent to Red Weasel Music will not be passed onto a third party. except in the case of the 'Venue address'.
Then information sent via this form is used to generate a contract which will be sent to you via post for your consideration. If the details are correct, please sign and return the contract.
Please be aware that most bands will require at least one hour to set up equipment, will require access to mains electrical power, will need to be sheltered from the weather if the performance area is outside and will require at least one parking space near the stage area.
